This evaluation is a selected list of statements and adjectives derived from managerial, psychological and sociological literature describing observable supporting, controlling, direct and indirect behaviors. After completing the evaluation below, you will plot your score on a grid and develop a behavioral “self-portrait.” There are no wrong or right answers. This is a tool which provides insights into your everyday preferred style. Once you understand your own behavioral style, you can begin to adapt to others.
